According to Vivian Paige, the 1st CD Democrats have selected Bill Day to run against Congressman Rob Wittman following the withdrawl of Keith Hummel from the race.
Day ran against Del. Scott Lingamfelter last year in the 31st District, which includes parts of Fauquier and Prince William Counties.
