Choose Responsibility President John McCardell made an appearance on Comedy Central’s The Colbert Report Thursday evening. The problems of underage binge drinking are no laughing matter, but this segment helps to raise awareness. McCardell brings up a good point that the problem is not simply one of drinking and driving.
