I love this traditional cake!  Although, I’m not much for icing.  My mom used to make me a mini chocolate loaf cake without icing for my birthday when I was little.  It is still my favorite!  Do you have any chocolate cake memories?

Oh, how I love a good piece of bubble wrap.  The joy and sense of accomplishment of snapping each little bubble.  The Feeling of anticipation as you press each bubble firmly.  There’s nothing like a good piece of bubble wrap!
