The story stated in part:

This requires a paragraph-by-paragraph analysis. From The Caroline [Lack of] Progress:
Caroline County Commonwealth’s Attorney emphatically stated on October 28 that the complaint registered with the Virginia State Bar is without merit.
October 28th was a Tuesday, correct? Isn’t that a work day or something?
